Returns policy

We hope you enjoy your order, however if something isn't as it should be, you can return your unused items with 28 days of delivery for a refund. All items must be returned in their original condition, unused, all packaging intact and for candles unburned. 

Due to the product type we provide, we are unable to accept returns on used/burned candles or wax melts. Reed diffusers must be returned with unused reeds and the cap on the bottle. 

If there are any damaged or faulty items, please ensure you contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged/faulty items and we will be happy to have the matter resolved for you. 

Return postage costs are the sole responsibility of the custsomer unless in the instance of damaged or faulty items.
